Elvis Faria is a senior leader with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in strategic value creation across the Oil & Gas and supply chain sectors. He has overseen operations and supply chains with annual budgets of up to USD 450 million and driven organizational transformation across global and emerging markets.
His career spans direct experience in Angola, Senegal, Mauritania, the United Kingdom, and Indonesia, with deep knowledge of the Angolan regulatory framework, local content requirements, and the dynamics of the African energy sector. He has designed procurement operating models from the ground up, structured a new joint venture, and built local supplier capability in partnership with government authorities.
Today he advises CEOs, executive committees, and business leaders as an independent consultant, and serves as a non-executive board member of the Saber+ Foundation, an NGO promoting education in Angola.
